Question 1

What exactly does Pixel Infinite AI do?

Accepted Answer

We are a brand strategy, business intelligence and digital execution firm. We diagnose the commercial problem, define the strategy, and then build and operate the systems that deliver it.

Question 2

How are you different from a marketing agency?

Accepted Answer

An agency executes briefs. We write the brief. Every engagement begins with business analysis and positioning; execution follows only once the commercial thesis is agreed.

Question 3

Who do you typically work with?

Accepted Answer

Startups preparing to scale, SMEs professionalising their growth function, and enterprises undertaking brand or digital transformation.

Question 4

Do you take on single-service projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, provided the scope can deliver a measurable outcome. Where it cannot, we will say so before you commit budget.

Question 5

How does an engagement begin?

Accepted Answer

With a 45-minute strategy session. We review your objectives, current position and constraints, then issue a written recommendation and scope.

Question 6

What is the typical engagement length?

Accepted Answer

Diagnostics run three to six weeks. Build programmes run two to six months. Advisory and performance retainers run monthly with quarterly reviews.

Question 7

How is pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Three models: monthly retainer, fixed-scope project, and enterprise programme. Every proposal states deliverables, timeline and payment schedule in writing.

Question 8

Is the advance payment refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. Once a project has commenced, the advance is non-refundable, as it reserves capacity and covers work already underway.

Question 9

When does ownership of deliverables transfer?

Accepted Answer

Full ownership of final deliverables transfers on receipt of full and final payment.

Question 10

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Each deliverable includes a defined revision allowance stated in the proposal. Requests beyond agreed scope are quoted as change requests.

Question 11

What do you need from us?

Accepted Answer

A single decision-maker, timely feedback, access to relevant data and systems, and approved content where applicable.

Question 12

How do you report progress?

Accepted Answer

Weekly written updates, a shared delivery tracker and a scheduled review call at each phase gate.

Question 13

How do you measure success?

Accepted Answer

Success metrics are agreed before work begins — typically conversion, acquisition cost, contract value, cycle time or margin — and reported against a baseline.

Question 14

Do you provide ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Support and maintenance agreements cover platform upkeep, iteration and performance optimisation after launch.

Question 15

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Confidentiality applies by default to all client information, and formal NDAs are signed on request.

Question 16

Can we be excluded from your portfolio?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We reserve portfolio rights by default, and waive them in writing where a client requires confidentiality.

Question 17

Do you work with clients outside India?

Accepted Answer
